PA Salary

The Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner is the professional who assists our doctor in the delivery of PVMED medical services.

The Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner is an exempt salaried professional position.

Base Salary: Commensurate with experience and scheduled patient hours

Commission:  .  

Bonus: You may also arbitrarily receive additional bonus at the president’s discretion.  Your salary may also be increased at the president’s discretion based on outstanding job performance.

Benefits: Retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, and paid holidays, are effective as outlined in the company handbook, available upon request. 

Personal Leave:  (X#) days compensated personal leave per year, plus holiday leave per company policy.  Personal leave accumulates and is assigned as per company policy or hiring contract.

Continuing Medical Education (CME): Normal and reasonable expenses for CME may be reimbursed to a PA/NP  .  CME expense may be used for (not an exclusive list): obtaining educational credits, travel expenses to conferences, professional fees, etc.  X hundred dollars per year is available for this expense.  An additional 3 days paid leave per year may be used to attend conference and/or CME classes.  All CME expenses and leave must be approved by your supervisor, before the expense occurs, or it will not be paid for by PVMED.

Non-Compete Agreement:  A non-compete agreement will not be made with our offer of employment.
